Phase 2 [2 months] – Coaching on real-world scenarios:
First Avocado consultants will mentor and coach on framing problems, data Collection, analysis, and presentation based on the proven framework and structured thinking. This will be done on an existing problem for a specific business or department.
Real-world cases will be used to present recommendations to the stakeholders. During this, participants will also identify ways to accept and challenge feedback and resistance in the most professional and effective way.
This a cross-functional skill development exercise that strengthens organizational change champions and innovation-led capabilities.
