A mid-sized eco-tourism company based in Kathmandu was facing critical challenges with staff turnover, retention and business development.
First Avocado realised that the need of the hour was to build system that are less human resource dependant. This system required a new look into strategy and a new approach to business development.
First Avocado used design concepts in Customer Management and Vendor Management processes. First Avocado used its tools to track customer’s journey and consolidated all activities into a system that was resource free. Longitudinal training in Digital Marketing was also provided. Although the plan was not rolled out, the idea and approach was well received by the client organisation.
