For developing competencies in managing small and large organizational change. The workshop provides the structure, processes and tools to ensure that people centered change is embraced, adopted and utilized by the employees who have to do their jobs differently as a result of the change. 

First Avocado’s  Mastering Organisational Resiliency  training helps you get up to speed on the science involved in project and change management, and it will help you get a better understanding of the very real consequences that you and your team may face if you can’t deliver a change on time, on budget, and within the specifics that were originally dictated by the stakeholders.

These workshop also prepares you for PMI Certifications (www.pmi.org).

Engagement

This module can be planned to complete in a single week or over few weeks based on participant’s availability.  Alternatively, organisations can be selective on choice of modules for reduced training hours. The module topics, depth and coverage vary based on participant’s mix and their job responsibilities. The modules are tailored using First Avocado’s proprietary framework – VCSAM (Value Chain Service Assessment Methodology).
